Process
How the sale works
-
1
You submit an offer
Use the offer form, or send a message on WhatsApp. No account and no registration is required.
-
2
We agree on a price
You receive a clear answer: an acceptance, a decline, or a counter-offer. Nothing is automated.

Payment and transfer
Pay by bank transfer, or through Afternic if you prefer a marketplace to hold the funds. The domain is then transferred to your registrar.
Payment
Escrow through a marketplace
If you would rather not pay a private seller directly, the sale can be completed through Afternic, GoDaddy's domain marketplace. The platform holds your payment until the domain is in your account and releases it to the seller only after that. The platform's commission is the only additional cost.
One of the largest domain marketplaces, operated by GoDaddy. Transfers are handled end to end, and funds are only released once the domain is in the buyer's account.
Mention it in your message and the transaction will be set up there.
Transfer
Transfer to any registrar
The domain is not tied to the seller's registrar. Once payment clears, the authorisation code is issued and the domain moves to the registrar you already use through the standard transfer process. If you use the same registrar as the seller, it can be pushed directly to your account on the same day.
Any ICANN-accredited registrar is supported. These are simply the ones buyers request most often.
